All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that pre-order items will be shipped once they become available — estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product listing.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries, both within Australia and internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging:

Every Glow Babe order is carefully packed in-house to ensure your products arrive safely and securely. We take extra care in wrapping and sealing each item to prevent damage during transit.
